I'm in the process of looking at what's involved in upgrading from DataStage 7.1 to 7.5.1a.
We have a printed sheet of License Keys from the old ascential website at https://ascential.subscribenet.com.
There are three sections: DataStage Server, DataStage Client, and DataStage Client - Deployment. I've got the first and third section installed, but cannot install the DataStage Client - getting an invalid authorization error. I've retyped the info many times.
I've checked the IBM website for info, but I'm baffled as to where to go. Email sent to our contact at IBM (in January) is bouncing back now.
Any suggestions on what I should do at this point? How do I find out who my service rep is, if there is one?
Also, should I be skipping 7.5.1a in favor of 8.0 (don't know if it's out yet)?
Thanks!

Sure, i'm very careful about that. Even tried putting them in wrong case to see if that would work. It explicitly states that numeric characters are in italics.
Still getting "The license could not be validated. Please check your authorization details."

Got it working.
Apparently I wasn't as careful as I thought. I assumed the "l" was a lowercase L and not an uppercase I.. all the other letters were lowercase, so I just assumed there were no uppers.
I should eat crow, but I'm gonna have turkey.
Thanks for your help!
Now, anyone know who I should contact at IBM for support/customer relationship? Our rep is no longer reachable.

Contact your account rep - the dude who makes money every time your maintenance is renewed - and have him/her earn some of it by determining your correct support contact/channel.

All email to our rep is bouncing back. I figure she's not with IBM any longer.
