I am getting flowing error when trying to access remote datastage though OCI plugin.

ORA-12537: TNS:connection closed

Its never happen sql promt. I am getting this error every 10.20 min. Some time its work fine.

I am trying to access remote database using 10/12 OCI pluging in same job.

You need to ask your Oracle DBA about this. It's Oracle that's closing the connection, not DataStage. The DBA ought to be able to use tracing tools to determine a cause.
