ISSUE: Teradata Connector Properties Interface

Post by jjcheng2 »

Usually with the Teradata Connector the interface looks like this:

However, I opened it up one day and it looked like this instead:

Any idea what is wrong? How to change it back?

Sorry that the situation is vague, but this seemed to have randomly happened to me. It looks like it occurred after I installed Quality Center.

Thanks.

Not going to be all that helpful, but it's called the 'Grid View' and you can see it in other stages as a right-click option. No clue how it gets to be permanent or how you switch it back, however. :(

I see a "Grid Style" that is greyed out. Is that what you are referring to?

I am still having this issue, and have no idea what is going on.

It looks like when you install Quality Center on Windows Vista, it seems to corrupt the DataStage installation.

At least this seems to be consistent to what I am seeing.

I don't think Vista has ever been a supported platform, so you may be on your own but have you involved your official support provider?
