Unexpected error while loading and extracting

I am facing an error which I have never faced before. I am mainly getting this error in load and extraction job. Database here is DB2.
First it gives a Warning :
The environment variable DB2INSTANCE is currently set to `dsadm'
and is being changed to `bcuaix' as specified in the server option;
if this instance is a different version of DB2, the program may not succeed.
