Low Values('x00') for Decimal Fields in CFF stage

Could you please let me know how to pass the Low Values('x00') for Decimal Fields in the target CFF stage.

However, I am not able to find out the solution with Complex Flat File stage.

Could you please let me know how to go ahead for Low values(x'00') for the decimal (COMP-3)fields.

Pls do the needful at your earliest.
