Connection to DB2 from datastage 8.0.1 failed

Hi,

we are trying to connect DB2 database for the first time. so we configured the instance, node and catalog in the OS.
but am getting the below error while reading the DB2.

main_program: Fatal Error: Fatal: Shared library (dsdb2.so) failed to load: errno = (), system message = ()

so pls. guide us to resolve the above problem.
