Reading VSAM files using Infosphere fedration server

Reading VSAM files using Infosphere fedration server

Hi All,

I want to read VSAM files in Datastage using Federation server. But when I am trying to importing COBOL copy book using classic data architect client from remote mainframe host, after clicking on browse no datasets are displayed.

I just want to check if somebody has already used classic data architect and give me some inputs.

Also copy book is just the format of data. How exactly federation server will link to actual data files?
