issue with the SAP PACK STAGE generated PK and FK columns

Hi All,
My job is to load the data from header and detail files to Idoc of Sap R3.
I am working on this using the Sap Pack stage.
when the sappack stage is connected to Sap system and selected the root and child components , i am getting the primary key and foregn key geneated . I am not sure what are the columns are to be connected to these PK and FK columns.
for all other columns I am getting the input fields and connected to them.
As per my understanding it is basically to make sure that the root and detail records are associated in the Idoc. But when I see the source data I dont find any common columns between header and detail files.
Can any one help me in understanding why these columns are additionally generated and how to handle this with the give scenerio?
