Each record has 128 like fields, I need to loop thru each 128 fields in each record to perform a certain task, that task could be a lookup up or merge data into a empty field that exist in the same record. Need help on how to ferm.

Alas, that is not how the product works, unless you create your own stage (probably a Build stage). In the "out of the box" stage types, you configure the processing requirements of each field separately.
