What is the best way to preform a do group or perform until in DataStage

You are going to have to expand on your requirement here, explain why you are asking this. Short answer, there's no such thing in a Parallel job. There are job control structures for looping, but we need a better idea what you are trying to accomplish before anyone can give a qualified answer to your question.
