how to auto schedule a job from unix when it stopped

In my experience it's not possible to schedule anything from UNIX when it's stopped.
Would you like to elaborate on what you mean?
If it's the job that has been stopped (rather than UNIX), you will need to reset the job before it can run again. The easiest way to do this is to create a job sequence that resets automatically if required. Schedule the job sequence, rather than the job.
