virtual dataset runtime error

Hi all,
I have job where i have 10 keys for a merge.I am getting the runtime error :
Merge_324,1: Fatal Error: Virtual data set.; output of "Merge_324": the record is too big to fit in a block; the length requested is: 488.follwed by
node_node2: Player 27 terminated unexpectedly.then
node_node2: Player 28 terminated unexpectedly.
and job gets aborted .
please help me.
I had very complicated job which are running fine,But i dont Know why this one is giving error
