what is the meaning of transfer in data stage.
Meaning of Transfer in DataStage means the same thing as its meaning in English Language.
Do you really mean transfer or transformer?

Are you constructing a Build stage?
That's the only place of which I'm aware in which "transfer" is used.
In this context it means to transfer (move) data from a structure (typically an input port) to an output port.
