You could try using uvregen. Stop DataStage before doing this.

uvregen authcode -l limit -d expiry -s serial#


Otherwise, if that does not work, you will need to re-install the server component.

I just recently did the same thing for an XE (not EE) installation and it worked fine. Are you connecting to the Administrator with your dsadm id?
