I'm facing the exact same issue as Olusola in this post. I did follow the steps mentioned here however the issue still persist.

Note I had to guess at your Release and OS so please let me know if those are wrong.

My OS is windows XP, Service Pack 3 and I faced this issue while loading DS 8.1
