It's internal to one of the objects in the GUI. That is it's "their" code that's having the problem; you'll have to contact "them" about it. Please let us know what your support provider does to address the problem.

Meanwhile, are you seeing this from all PCs on which DataStage client software is installed, or just one? If just one, what's different about it?
