It always helps to include as much information as possible so that people have some idea how to help you. It looks like you've got a job with (at a minimum) a Link Collector stage that is giving you problems.
What exact version of DataStage? I'd also be curious which flavor of UNIX this is running on and if this is a consistant error or something that only happens on occassion. This sounds like it could be a resource issue to me, what other kinds of things or jobs are running when you have this problem?
