Installation seems to have went fine but dsrpcd is not comming up.
Any Ideas???

Well, then that typically means the port is in use from what I recall. Can you guess what advice is coming next?
Search the forum. Look for posts on the same subject, specifically with the keyword 'debug' in it. Something about adding a 'd9' flag?
That will cause the process to log the reason for its failure and we can go from there for an actual resolution.

Well a search with HP in it came up 4 posts no real info there Craig

Well it seems that the NIS was not properly configured
After they properly configured it the dsrpcd came up
