Your lookup is retrieving more than one row, but the OCI stage does not support returning more than one row from a reference lookup. The only stage types that do are ODBC and UniVerse. Of these, only ODBC can be used to connect to Oracle tables. But for that to work you still must select the "allow multiple rows returned" check box.
