ODBC Driver-Error

Folks,

WHILE I AM EXTRACTING THE DATA WITH ODBC ,I AM GETTING THE ERROR BELOW.

call to SQLConnect failed.
SQLSTATE=IM003, DBMS.CODE=160
[DataStage][SQL Client][ODBC]Specified driver could not be loaded due to system error 5 (IBM DB2 ODBC DRIVER).

Please help me to solve this problem.
