Hello,

I am a specialist Business Intelligence recruiter and am looking to find out more information about the new CRM Single Customer View Websphere Customer Center product.

I am aware that it provides real-time, transactional customer data integration (CDI) and helps organisations keep a single, complete and accurate record of their customers across the enterprise; however I am struggling to find people with this experience in Australia and would be keen on seeing if there is anyone in Australia with these skills who would be open to speaking to me about it in greater depth.

Any help you can provide would be great as I am desperately trying to expand to this Websphere product.

I haven't even seen this product Peter. Maybe it'll be pushed at the October Information on Demand conference in Las Vegas. Meanwhile, have you tried contacting anyone in IBM Australia Software Group?
