Have you attempted to reset the jobs in question in the director and then looking for a log entry titled "from previous run..."? This might help you diagnose the problem.
We cut down the SAP load job to just one manditory stage and ran that which then failed with the same error - Having read similar posts I did the reset and it gave nothing new - just a few lines saying reset started - reset finished etc No details from previous run!
We're having a go at loading the DS 7.5.2 edition in the hope that it will fix the problem.
