Welcome Aboard
Please dont use words like 'ASAP' and 'urgent' as this is an all volunteer site and folks respond to their convenience.
Having that said, please be informed that the search utility of the website is very powerful and will get answers pretty quick. Please search on keywords column unexpectedly ended by EOR. This topic has been covered before.

Read the message carefully.

Check the data to ensure that there are no embedded newline characters.

Check the job log for "import failed" warnings. Use reject links to capture such rows.

When you posted it was 2:43am in my current location, and I was sleeping. You made no case for urgency. If you want anyone to respond 24x7 it's going to cost you megabucks! Ask about the cost of premium service from your support provider.

There's an old saying - lack of planning (training, experience) on your part does not constitute an emergency on my part.
