It would appear that something has gone badly awry in this project. I assume you are importing from a DataStage export file.
My best advice would be to go into the Manager client and delete all "your" objects (not the ones supplied with DataStage) - jobs and routines particularly. Then re-import them.
Or delete the project, and add it afresh before importing again.
