Hi,
Lack of information. What is the validation condition? What is the input data?
Is the Performance statics shows that some data been flown?
What is the current setting of the current sequential file?
Try the option of "Append to Existing file"

You can try to view the data in any of the text editior to check whether it is really a space or tab or any other special character.

Did you gave the extension as .dsx? It should normally have .xml.
And while import there is a option "Datastage Components (XML).." Chose that.

DS 7.5.1A doesnt have any special stage for pump load but, the normal bulk load should be compatable, I guess.

This happens most likely, when trying to bring down the server, while some of its process still running. And when you try to start the server, it would fail start up or will start up but unsuccesfull. This is what Ray is pointing to. If you have access, and if its feasible, the easy task would be to...
