I believe you will have too get additional licenses. You jobs will run, but it will give you warning message complaining about how you have x licenses and y cpu's were found.

Get rid of the routine. Just use DSJobStartTimestamp.

Does the transformer stage work at your end? If you are having compilation problems with that as well then you have to set the compiler and linker environment variables properly.
