It implies that your data has less number of columns than those defined in the sequential file stage.

Can you check the column count in both.

When you write in a dataset, the rows will not be organized as it was in the source. Hence you may lose the order.

But if this is ok, you can use stage variables to write sequential numbers and then join on that.

You do not need the last 3 '.000'.

Try substring upto the seconds part.

When you include the jobs in a master sequence, you can pass your sequence parameters through the 'job activity stage' to the sub-jobs called from it.

Locate the stage called 'TRN_INSERT' in the job JpmClsfnIntIndustryHierScheme and verify whether you have the plugin in your new installed version.

You need not do a 'cast'. You can do a select with the datatype in datastage being timestamp.

But can you confirm that the column you try to select is a timestamp.
