If you want to see the log, you can do so from Director or log files.

The question of kumar_s is valid. You have options to ignore missing values in the fields not present in the file.

I think the simplified requirement is to concatenate.

So I cannot see how the merge stage will be useful for this purpose.

You can get it using DOS.

I will suggest you to try to solve your requirement before you post your requirement. This will assist others giving you the hints rather than the full code.
