That depends on if the target Oracle column is a DATE or if it is indeed one of the TIMESTAMP flavors.

All that does is set the default for any newly created jobs. Nothing exists to do what you want ootb, someone with knowledge of the internals could write something however.

:? Not without a better explanation of your job. I can't follow what you are doing in the UserVariable Activity stage... running a routine? And the return value is passed as a Job Parameter to the Job Activity stage?

If so, can you post either the routine code or explain what the routine does?

Apparently, that must not be your target date format or all would be working. Can you check with your TeraData DBA how it should be formatted?

There's that and then tools to convert Server to Parallel jobs. As noted though, they are not publicly available and only come into play if you engage IBM to perform the work for you. And even then, you'd just see the fruits of those labors, not get your hands on any of the tools.

Never heard of anything by that name. I suspect I know what you *may* be referring to, but curious where (and in what context) you heard about this?

OES? Are you using Oracle's Express Edition? As far as I know, that is either not supported or known to not work. :?

I suspect 'xrmigrator' is a typo.

We've talked about this recently - search the forums, all terms, for "delete hashed".
