I'm curious if this got resolved. FastTrack projects can only be exported using istool on the client tier. I checked my notes from 8.5 in 2012 and was able to export all FT projects on the client and import into 8.7 on an XP client.

Any chance the 6 select statements have varying complexity in the joins, if any, or the where clauses? It could be that each statement takes a different amount of time to for the database to start returning results.

Try dropping everything from -base to the end of your sample command. Use the -ds option followed by syntax: 'server/project/folder/name.type' where folder is as many folders as needed and type is sjb for server job as in your example, or pjb for parallel job (for those with parallel jobs). Altering those files would definitely cause problems. Those are the job designs and associated files. A newly created project takes about 65 MB only. Job designs don't require a lot of space. If you have one or more jobs with a huge number of warnings in the job log, those can consume a lot of space...
