Thank you for the help.
My error was due to the fact that I had duplicate rows in the sequential file and in the Oracle stage I was writing with Load method in Append mode.

Has this problem been solved? because i have the same error: db_AGG_PBM_MEASURES: When checking operator: APT_ORACLE_LOAD_OPTIONS has been set by user. Therefore, Orchestrate assumes that the DIRECT and/or PARALLEL options have been set to FALSE, and that it is okay to load table 'AGG_PBM_MEASURES',...
