Error while running QS job from DS

Post by nike_ravi »

Hi,
We are getting follow error messages while we are trying run QS job from DS.
For Us QS and DS server and clints are in the same machine.
If any face same problem give ur suggation for resolving this issue.

After reading the fatal error message we felt that QSRT(Quality stage real time) is requried for integrating QS with DS? Is it so?

Appriciate ur valuable help?

QualityStage has its own real-time interface, represented and managed by qsrtmngr. You do not need the full RTI suite. You do need to make sure that qstrmngr is running. You can start it logged in as qsadm. Full instructions are in the manual.

Hi Ray,

Thanks for your prompt response.

The issue here is, the qstrmngr is running (when we checked through the windows task manager). is there any log which we can check for this?

but still we are getting this error. The qsadm user, which you are talking about, is for unix right? or is there any administration tool in windows in which we have to login as qsadm?

Thanks in advance,
Ravi.
