IIS 11.7 on Win2016 Server (64) AWS EC2

I installed IIS 11.7 on Win2016 Server (AWS EC2) , Server is 2 cores, 16 GB memory, Installation is fine, there is no error popped up.

After installation, I can login datastage, Information analyzer thick client.

I can login into Web Administration interface, Web Sphere admin,

I CAN NOT login into Metadata Asset Manager, It pops up error.

Error 404: javax.servlet.UnavailableException: SRVE0200E: Servlet [org.apache.jsp._index]: Could not find required class - _index.class

I can not login into IA thin client. I have no clue what goes wrong....

One thing strange is that I can not stop zookeeper service, has to reboot the server to restart.
