Sort Memory in Infosphere

Hi

I want to change the Sort Memory for Infosphere Product, Can you please advise where to Change?

Power down your host.
Open up the chassis, remove the memory DIMM or SIMM modules.
Replace with desired new memory modules.
Close chassis, repower unit.

You have now replaced the Sort Memory for the Infosphere Product.

You could further explain your actual desired intention so that we may better assist you.

You have an option in the Sort stage that allows you to set the amount of memory (per node) assigned to sorting.

Alternately you can use the environment variable APT_TSORT_STRESS_BLOCKSIZE but beware that this sets the memory for every sort on every node, so don't make it too large.
