My login inactive

Post by tempdsuser »

Hi,

I am not sure if this is the right section for me to post this request at all. I am posting it anyways.

I have a premium membership and recently I changed my email to my work email. Henceforth, I am unable to access my premium account. I sent multiple emails to webmaster and admin with no luck. I kept creating new accounts , none of which would send an activation email. After few trails to create a new account, to at least ask for help in the dsxchange forums using my new account , I realized that the problem was that I was using "chrome" instead of IE(Sigh!)

Now here I am , with a new id which is not premium(ofcourse!),requesting the admins/moderators to please activate my old account .

My user name for the premium account is "dsusersaj"

If you need further verification , I can send email from my work email(Which I did several times;but may be to a working email address if you can provide me one???)

FYI, I have been sending emails to the following requesting activation

webmaster@dsxchange.com <webmaster@dsxchange.com>;
membership.director@dsxchange.com <membership.director@dsxchange.com>;

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,
dsusersaj

It wasn't the right section but this is... so here we are.

I've been told in the past that the best email to use is "editor@dsxchange.net", (note that it is .net and not .com) hope that still holds true.

You only waited three hours! Not everyone is on line 100% of the time.

You still need to have some patience, I'm afraid...

I am still waiting. I am suspecting that the emails provided by the site and the above mentioned email are not working emails.

I am clueless on what to do now. I hoped that the admins will be reading my post. Its unfortunate!. The only option I have now is to call the credit card company and block the payment explaining the situation.

Any suggestions ?. I would like to have my login active .

They all "work" just some are monitored more closely than others. And I was specifically told to have people use the one I posted as the others are spam magnets and anything real there gets lost in the flood.

Still only been under two days... I would wait until next week before you decide to take other actions.

The problem is that I was closely following replies to one of my posts. This is something that I am working on right now. And most of the replies have premium content. :(

I'll see if I can reach Dennis (the owner / editor), I'm afraid I don't have access to the premium payment part of the system.
