DataStage Client 8.5 Installation Error on Windows 7

Hi,

I am trying to instal Datastage Client 8.5 on Windows 7 and getting the below error.

Can someone help me in resolving this.

When do you receive the error?
Does your installation proccess start?

Once it done with system Requirements check , Response File Review and giving summary report
When I click instal immediately its thorwing the below error
