When reading a WSDL (soap 1.2) in the Web Service Meta Data Importer
I'm not able to see any operations. According to documentation only soap 1.1 is supported. So manually work - I fear!
Is there an easy way around this problem?
Have anybody heard if and when the web service meta data importer be able to understand soap 1.2?

I don't know the answer to your question, but some of the manuals for version 8.5 can now be downloaded from the IBM website (start from the Information Center, or search for "Information Server 8.5") and you may find your answer there.
