Hi all... just curious --- RTI supports three different application Servers.... WebSphere, BEA and JBoss. Wondering what one you are using for development and production? ...and what binding(s)?

Thanks. As long as we're on the topic...are we talking one separate RTI for dev and another for prod? ...and are those talking to separate dev/prod DataStage Servers? ...or some other combination?

Three separate front end AIX servers for WebLogic, dev/test/prod - pointing to two HPUX DataStage servers hosting the dev/test and production projects.

hmm. Can you go a little deeper into the 3 to 2 ratio? Are one of the DS Servers dev/test, and each with their own separate RTI?

One 'dev/test' Server installation with one 'RTI' installation. The only difference between dev and test are the Projects on the server.

So let me see if I have this straight...

One AIX server(a) w/Weblogic and RTI pointing to a dev DS prj on HP(1)
Second AIX server(b) w/Weblogic and RTI pointing to a test DS prj on HP (1).
Third AIX server(c) w/Weblogic and RTI pointing to a prod DS prj on HP(2)

Is that correct?

Thanks.

Yes Sir. :D

Is that... ok? Or something totally goofy you've never seen before?

It's fine, and what I expected. Need some real case examples beyond my own and the sites that I've personally visited. Thx.
