Configuration for JMS and Mercator

Hi All,
It would be great if anyone could help me know how to configure my system as standalone to work on JMS and Mercator. If not standalone how do I do? What all do I need to install? I have Mercator 6.7 on my system.

Thanks for immediate reply. Since I am new to it and we have Bea WebLogic Server 6.1. I would like to know configuration of JMS, mercator 6.7 and Weblogic Server6.1. Thanks
