I am not able to accessing the sequence jobs

Hi,

This is satheesh reddy.I am facing on problem.Earliar I done some sequence jobs.But I am not accessing those jobs.I mean the job properties are not opening.please do the needful.

There is a known problem with the properties not opening which is fixed by applying a patch from IBM/Ascential that you need to go through your support provider to get.

What exact version of DataStage are you using? Is it on Windows XP sp2? You probably need a patch from the vendor.

As noted, this is typically caused by installing 'Service Patch 2' or SP2 on your Windows XP client machine. If that's the case, then (regardless of your version) you'll need the 'SP2 Patch' which you can download from the eServices support website.

If that's not the case, let us know.
