job is throwing error: Unexpected exit status -1

I am doing ETL from VSAM to Sql server while ETL process Job is throwing below error
I will really appreciate it if someone helps me to resolve below error.

main_program: APT_PMsectionLeader(11, n11), player 3 - Unexpected exit status -1.

that is not enough to help you.
open datastage director and try to trace down to what stage failed, where, and why.

It's also not the error itself, it's just reporting that you took an exit.
