What is hot in ISD?

What types of ISD applications (web services) do you have deployed that have a wide interest across the enterprise?

We have a few, such as US address certification, bank routing number validation, and individual death verification.

I am looking for more useful, general purpose web services to offer to our consumers. What is most appealing to the masses?

It's more of an anti-fraud type of thing.

Sometimes it seems like there are only a few customers using the ISD product. Still looking for ideas!

We used the original version of it "back in the day" when it had a different name and it was all quite mysterious to us. And long enough ago that it's probably not relevant to your question. However, it was all about supporting a self-service portal - methods to handle all of the warehouse needs from the GUI so those developers would stop screwing it up on their own. Wink

We use address validation stuff via ISD.

I can also see it used for admin work. Delete file x, migrate job list, etc...
