PMR clarification

I have raised one PMR to IBM.They need following information from me to further investigate the Issue?How to get below information

- SystemOut and SystemError logs
- iasServer and iasHandler logs

I would second that. Just ask Support. They will send you step by step instructions! It won't be the first time they have sent those out. :)

Login to WAS or Services Tier

Go to this Path = /usr/WebSphere/AppServer/profiles/AppSrv01/

you will see the files with your application server name

iasServer-INF_APP_1.log
iasHandler-INF_APP_1.log

Go this path = /usr/WebSphere/AppServer/profiles/AppSrv01/logs/<Application Servername>/

SystemOut.log
SystemErr.log

Depending on your version, the name of the WAS profile will be different. For example for version 11.3 it is InfoSphere. The application server name is almost always server1.

Path can be different on every system. It depends on who installs it. I usually go with /opt/IBM followed by something different.
