Using partial schema to read delimeted text

Hi.

It's been a long time since I last posted.
I need a bit of help on the usage of partial schema file to read a text source that is of variable length, but delimeted(by say "|" character)
To be honest, this is the first time that I'm using partial schema in my jobs.

I tried using it in one of my jobs, but it sequential file stage(where I have used the schema file) is rejecting all valid records.

Please help.
