Premium Membership Activation

Hi, I have renewed my premium membership account on February 4th 2013. but I it hasn't been activated yet. below is the invoice Id.

I have been sending emails to membership contact email address but didn't receive any reply so thought of posting it here. I am not sure whether this is the right place for this issue or not.

Can you Please activate my premium account.

Unfortunately, only the site owner can activate your membership. If you've sent emails to the Membership Director about the only other thing you can do is contact the Editor as well.

Sometimes they check this forum as well.

Thankyou for your quick response. I has already sent couple of emails to membership director and editor, But i don't had any reply from them.

I have also buy premium memership,but still it is not activated in my user account.Please activatre.I already sent a mail.

It can take a few days as it's still (from what I understand) a manual process.

Premium membership is not activated yet. Waiting for it for one month...Frustrating!!!

My account is still not yet activated. I am waiting from past 3 months. Can any please help me regarding this issue.

Gang,

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. I check two places, the store and the admin section. Order number shows it was processed without any problems, and your current status shows the following
These fields are not able to be modified by the users. Here you can set their status and other options that are not given to users.
User is active Yes No
Can send Private Messages Yes No
Can display avatar Yes No
Rank Title Premium

I don't see any problem, so please email a post where you are denied. I will have to get the web master involved if there is a technical problem. reach out to me at editor@dsxchange.net

Thank you chulett. I am unable to view the premium content, Even in the home screen it was displaying an message of premium member expired.

Please check directly with editor@dsxchange.com about whether your membership has indeed expired.

On the home screen it shows Expires and the date of the expiration... this rather than Expired so I would double-check the date and that you are reading it correctly.

And I'm assuming "User is Active: Yes" is the same as "not expired", which is what Dennis posted for srds2.

Here is the expired date that i am seeing on the home screen Expired on : 2012-12-19.
I had sent an mail to editor@dsxchange.com yesterday waiting for his reply.
