MLoadTask is not running

Hi All,

I am facing "MLoadTask is not running" error while loading into a table of teradata. But if will finish fine if I restart the job after sometime. In some cases i had to wait more than 12 hours for the job to finish successfully.

TeradataConnectorPX stage is used to Insert and another stage to update the same table.

Error occurs only for insert stage.

1.bulk method ,append is used.
2.2000 record count for transaction.
3.Sleep time and tenacity are used in bulk access properties.

multi instance job?

both running at the same time?

In the same job we have both stages one to insert and one to update. And it is not a multi instance job.,
