I renewed premium membership today and got a confirmation notice in email. How long before I get to see premium content ?

You really should have asked this of the Membership Director.

Sent an email to the editor along with the confirmation slip , no response yet. My status has not renewed . Im not sure if there's a more specific way to address this .

Ok , I have sent emails to the editor and membership director as well as replied to the confirmation email sent by rick@dsxchange.net , since there is no response , I have to raise a dispute on paypal to see how to get this worked out.

I have also used the following email id to communicate to membership director

I havent gotten any responses to the emails sent over the last few days, Am I missing something ? Should it go to the webmaster or membership director or someone at ODS ?

The membership director emailed me to say that my premium membership is now renewed . There may have been issues in the account settings. Closing this thread now . Smile
