Premium Membership
Hi,
I am a premium member for last 2 years but I am unable to check the premium content for last few days. I mailed this problem to membership director but didnt receive any reply and neither I received any communication for the renewal of the membership.
Please help me in resolving this problem so that I can enjoy the features of being a premium member.

Then maybe webmaster@dsxchange.com is who you should contact. That the logo is there suggests that membershipdirector believes that you have a valid premium membership.

No, all it seems to mean is you had one at one point. Once the membership expires, the logo remains but they are unable to view Premium content. I would think the 'membership.director' would be the right one to contact, but adding the 'webmaster' in couldn't hurt.

I have raised it to both the membership director as well as the webmaster but I have not received any reply and neither did I receive the mail for the renewal of membership if at all it was expired.chulett wrote:No, all it seems to mean is you had one at one point. But I think I should have got a renewal mail at first place before paying the renewal fee and I have mentioned that also in all my mails to everyone but it seems that no one has the time to reply to it.ray.wurlod wrote:Obvious question that should have been asked at the top - did you pay your renewal fee?
