Error in WISD input stage

Post by ag_ram »

Hi all,

We are using WISD input stage in our jobs. All the jobs were working fine yesterday but today we are not able to run them. we are getting this error :-

WISD_Input_12,0: Unable to initialize ipc: dspipe_init(2028): OpenFileMapping(dae.POC.expose..WISD_Input_12) - The system cannot find the file specified.

Configuration file detail is :-

{
node "node1"
{
fastname "HYDHTC75814"
pools ""
resource disk "C:/IBM/InformationServer/Server/Datasets" {pools ""}
resource scratchdisk "C:/IBM/InformationServer/Server/Scratch" {pools ""}
}
}

We tried building a sample new job with wisd input stage but still the error is same. We are getting this error when ever we are using wisd input stage in our job.

could any one please help us with a solution to this problem?

What has changed between yesterday and today?

Clearly something has.

Take some time to cogitate about what kinds of things can cause "cannot find file" errors.

...anything change with your overall machine config, and it's hostname(s) [in case you are running this EE job across or grid or something]? WISD stages must run on the conductor.

Also...build a test Server WISD job so that you have another way of verifying that "WISD is working" while perhaps not working at the moment with EE and your config files, etc.....
