Job 'BuildBillHist' is being accessed by another user

Datastage version : Server Edn. 7.5.2
OS Platform : UNIX

I was working this particular job named say, 'BuildBillHist'. Due to some problem with my machine, I had to hard boot it thus losing all unsaved informations and also without being able to close the Designer.
Next time when I restarted my machine, and logged into my project using the same login ID I have been using last time, I was unable to open the particular job - 'BuildBillHist'.
I then closed the Designer, shutdown my machine, and logged into a different machine and tried it out again, but in vain.
I cannot open neither delete this job.
Everytime I get a pop with message -
"Job 'BuildBillHist' is being accessed by another user"

I dont know why I am getting this error? I can assure that no one else is accessing this job other than myself.
Can anyone help me out and get me to the root of the problem?

Use the Search facility here; e.g., "locked job".

You'll find plenty of explanations and options.
